Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated Order Processing Technician to join our successful team. The primary responsibility of this office-based role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation orders in conjunction with customer service, to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work collaboratively and support the production team. This is for a Full Time, Permanent position.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 09:54 am - 18:00 pm

Key responsibilities:

Provide fast and efficient order entry
Process Orders through the internal order entry systems promptly and accurately
Manage online customer orders and escalate order issues to technical specialist if required
Work with production/customer service and tech support team to resolve any issues
Creation of order documents necessary for compounding as required
Any other tasks or activities required by the business deemed relevant to this role as the business model changes

To be considered you will have the following:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in order entry preferably with Background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) desirable, but not necessary
Highly competent in accurate order entry
Experience in a customer focused environment
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
Excellent problem resolution skills with a positive can-do attitude
Desire to learn and ability to cope with change
Ability to handle pressure and a busy working environment
