Optical Assistant/Dispenser - Outlook Optical

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our small and supportive team. While optical experience is preferred, we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional face-to-face service and helping customers find the right eye care solutions
Managing appointment bookings and ensuring smooth patient flow through the practice
Assisting with frame selections and discussing the latest lens technologies
Supporting day-to-day operations and helping create a friendly, welcoming environment
Conduct pretesting to assist the optometrist in delivering comprehensive eye exams

About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

A passion for providing top-notch customer service
A strong background in retail or sales, with a proactive and positive attitude
Self-driven and eager to learn new skills
Optical dispensing qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
An interest in eyewear fashion and willingness to stay updated on new trends
Be willing to attend training and development opportunities as part of your ongoing growth and contribution to the practice and personal development.
