Represent Intepaintz’s product range and services across NSW.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by following structured strategies and plans.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and report to the Managing Director on progress and performance.
Manage your own work schedule, balancing lead generation, appointments, and follow-ups.
Educate clients on the benefits of our eco-friendly, easy-to-use products, showing how they meet customer needs.
Conduct product demos, address client objections, and ensure customers feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
Maintain and grow your sales pipeline, from generating leads to closing deals.
Attend occasional in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and visit the warehouse for stock pickups when required.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (paint or coatings experience is a bonus).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
Self-motivated, with a history of working autonomously and achieving targets.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional NSW.
Skills and Qualifications
Three or more years of sales experience in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
A professional approach with a focus on relationship building.
