The Role We are currently seeking a career focused, positive Sales Representative with a passion for providing exceptional service to customers in the Northern Tasmanian region. Critical to your success will be a sound understanding of the construction industry and its key players in the region. You will be responsible for the promotion of Adbri Masonry products into the commercial, retail and specifier markets along with the implementation of specific marketing strategies to establish and build our brand. You will personally canvas your market area to service an existing base of clients and develop new relationships. Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
Develop strategic sales initiatives to ensure sales volume growth
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports
Analyse sales and profitability of new and existing markets and segments
Maintain and grow relationships with customers across multiple channels
Partner with our National Marketing team to ensure appropriate products are brought to market
Servicing Bunning's Requirements
Servicing Existing Reseller Network
Visit Councils & Architects

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate effectively and rationalise a sound value proposition
A passionate, proactive and diligent approach to meeting customers' needs
Ability to quickly and effectively develop technical expertise in our products
Masonry Block Knowledge an advantage
Ability to Learn Block take off Program
Computer Skills with SAP Knowledge an advantage
Experience with CRM systems an advantage
