Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We're urgently seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to support psych-social participants, requiring either community access, for appointments, shopping and home help.

Available shifts - 40 hours per fortnight
Services range from Morning, Afternoon, evening and weekend.
Support Needed:You'll play a vital role in supportinga range of participant presenting psychosocial and mental health disabilities in the community as well as managing mental health support plans.
