Working with us at People’s Choice as a Member Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service.
About the role As a Member Service Consultant, you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. This position will be based at our bustling West Lakes branch and will be offered as a flexible part-time position , with 15-32 hours per week on a rotating roster. To support your work-life balance, we provide rosters for a 4-week period and release these 1-week in advance. Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Saturday trading, with this in mind, we are seeking applicants with full flexibility across the working week. In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members’ needs. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members. You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirations and help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services. About you
You are a people person who knows what it means to deliver great customer service. As a go-getter, you'll be comfortable striving towards targets and will enjoy helping our members. Don't worry if you haven't worked in a bank before, we will provide comprehensive, ongoing training to ensure you thrive.
