About your opportunity:

Facilitate all BEMS Department activities related to service delivery.
Assign clients asset maintenance service requirements and procedures to selected or approved service providers in a timely manner and monitor and report on service outcomes. (Information for contract set- up).
Undertake operational planning for the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of District buildings and equipment in accordance with the Asset Maintenance Manual.
Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management system and operate the Building Management System and other relevant computerised programs associated with delivery of BEMS services.
Evaluate the client's asset maintenance needs and translate into recommended maintenance schedules and programs to achieve compliance with Queensland Health's Asset Maintenance Manual and Strategic Plan. (Condition assessments on plant & equipment).
