Logistics Administrator

Who are we?

Knoll Consultants & Investments Pty Ltd are one of South Australia’s largest food manufacturers and retailer. We have 11 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Dispatch Team at our Edinburgh North production facility. We are a hands-on team providing direct support to the Logistics Department, including Delivery Drivers, Warehousing team, and Management.

This is a full-time role commencing at 9.00am Monday - Friday with the flexibility to provide leave coverage from 4.30 am when required.

Your responsibilities (not limited to):

Collating and processing of delivery documents
Data entry of delivery scheduling and order information
Liaise with customers regarding their deliveries and orders
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Assisting the wider team to ensure business goals are met
General ad hoc warehouse and administration duties

To achieve success in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a logistics or similar industry
High level data entry skills
High attention to detail (essential)
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Time Management skills
Forklift licence is an advantage
