Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Linesman to join our concrete pouring team. As a Linesman, you will be responsible for assisting with boom pump operations on construction sites including;
- Setting up the machine and equipment
- Operating the hose
- Cleaning the equipment and machine
Availability:
This position requires availability Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Boom Pump Operators: Collaborate with boom pump operators to set up, operate, and dismantle boom pumps on job sites.
• Concrete Line Management: Connect and manage the hose and lines for concrete delivery, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted flow during pours.
• Equipment Handling and Maintenance: Safely handle and clean concrete hoses, lines, and other tools. Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE, adhering to job site regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Communication: Work closely with the team to maintain clear communication during each pour, ensuring alignment and safety throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in concrete pouring, construction, or operating boom pumps is preferred but not essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering hoses and other heavy equipment.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of construction site safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Driver’s License: A valid Australian driver’s license is required. HR or MR truck licenses are a plus.
