About the role The Job Coach will work closely with job seekers to assess and develop their skills set, source job vacancies from employers, assist jobseekers to complete and submit vacancy applications. And so much more! Services provided to Santa Teresa, Titjikala and Finke, role will include travel and overnight stay in remote community. What we are looking for
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including case note and report writing and the ability to communicate with providers across a range of diverse cultural groups.
Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
Demonstrated ability to use technology including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook and other electronic database systems.
Ability to comply with, and fulfil all CDP program funder’s requirements relating to placements, employment outcomes and hosted placements.
Demonstrated ability to achieve annual minimum target of 100 job placements 48 x13 week outcomes, and 24 x 26 week outcomes
Ability to prioritise tasks according to needs and time frames and ensure deadlines and negotiated job placement and job outcome targets are met.
