Total Tools Albury are looking for a Full-Time Inventory Control & Data Analyst, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. This position will suit a career-driven individual with experience working in inventory control and/or buying. You will have a strong attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships. What will you be doing?
Maintaining required master data settings in our Inventory System (Pronto) to enable automatic re-orders to be created according to Product and Supplier priority
Creating supplier orders for Core Stock, Promo Stock and Special Orders
Reviewing and analysing inventory reports to identify out of stock & low stocks
Reviewing and analysing inventory reports to identify overstocks & obsolete stock, while providing weekly reporting on progress towards clearance of overstocks & obsolete stock
Making purchasing decisions that support in-store availability and cost management objectives as directed by store leadership
Creating credit requests (Purchase Order Returns) to suppliers to correct pricing issues and for stock to be returned for credit, whilst following up with suppliers for finalisation of credit requests
Action EDI pricing rejections and pricing discrepancies
Supporting stocktakes and cycle counts by managing associating reports in Pronto as required

Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
Are analytical and decisive in nature
Experience with inventory management/control, with relevant tertiary education highly regarded
High attention to detail, with the ability to check own work and ensure a high standard of accuracy
Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must, with experience using Pronto highly regarded
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
Comfortable working autonomously, as well as with a team
