Expansion and growth, Fastrak is currently placing Recruitment Coordinators to join our Head Office Recruitment Team.
Based at our Midland Office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and reports to the Recruitment Managers. Salary negotiable on experience, historical client portfolios managed, exposure in the FIFO mining sector and KPI achievement capabilities.

The Position on offer:
End-to-end recruitment, with a focus on proactively sourcing and placing blue-collar personnel and professional placements.
Recruiting on projects with high-volume candidate engagement
Maintain job vacancy post on internet advertisement, social media, and internal website.
Ensure all contact is documented and personnel profiles are maintained with current work availability on the Fastrak IMS.
Opportunities to build strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders
Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives
Great team environment with excellent opportunities for development
