Hotel Managing Couples Needed

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced couple to manage our motel located in the popular holiday destination Mt Gambier. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in motel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. We also value creativity and a commitment to improvement in all areas of the motel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and front-of-house duties
- Managing online and walk-in reservations, including payment processing
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the front office is clean and organized
- Housekeeping duties, and calling in additional staff as needed
- Performing room servicing duties
- Utilizing handyman skills to address minor maintenance issues
- Liaising with service providers, tradespeople and more

- Minimum two years of experience as a Motel Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights are necessary for this role
- Expected start period for the role: December 2024
