This role is NOT eligible for Working Holiday Visa extension (88 days). Seeking experienced hospitality pro for peak tourist season (Dec-Easter aprox 4-5 months). Versatility & willingness to help across the business is a must. Primary role is to meet, greet & serve dining & accommodation guests (circa 30hr/wk). More hours possible if willing to assist with housekeeping. Wandering Trout is a low volume venue, delivering quality foodie experiences. We offer simple, rustic fine dining in an ultra casual space, with genuine hospitality. We focus on an 6-Course Evening Hosts' Table, 5 nights a week & a 3-Course Chef's Menu for Lunch on weekends. We are a small team who cater mainly to pre booked guests only so a friendly, professional disposition is essential along with the ability to provide high quality service with a down to earth approach. Location is in rural Tasmania. We are close to amazing outdoor activities but far from public transport so your own vehicle & licence is highly recommended. Basic, clean & comfortable onsite accommodation is possible for the right applicant. If interested, address your application to the Chef/Owner.
