An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Home Loan Specialist to join our fast paced 95 William Street Branch on a full time basis

Do work that matters

As our Home Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through initiating needs-based conversations across all products and services including home loans. You will do this by:

Holding needs based conversations with our customers, building genuine long-lasting relationships
Providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments
Taking ownership and actioning all home loan applications that come through to you
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Proactively retaining customers through conversations via outbound calling initiatives
Participating in community engagement and business development events

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Experience and skill set in lending is desirable, but not essential
The ability to work autonomously and keep up within a fast paced and ever changing environment
Strategic business development experience with proven experience in growing a portfolio
Prior experience identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
Sound knowledge of competitor products and services
