We are a vibrant caravan park located in the heart of the Southwest. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment for our guests. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated couple to manage our park and enhance the experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the park runs smoothly and efficiently.
Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, handling bookings, inquiries, and guest concerns with professionalism.
Maintenance Oversight: Manage park maintenance, ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Marketing & Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract visitors, working with our Marketing Manager.
Event Planning: Organize and host activities and events to enhance guest experience and community engagement.
Financial Management: Maintain budgets, track expenses, and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in hospitality or park management preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as a couple, leveraging each other’s strengths.
Basic maintenance skills are a plus.
Passion for outdoor hospitality and community engagement.
Ability to report to GM & Owner on a weekly basis.
