The Role
Under the direction of Park Managers and Relief Managers, our Guest Services Officer are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins, and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including property owners, guests, staff and the company. You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions.
The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest rooms and facilities to an exceptional standard.
Duties
Cleaning of cabins & single rooms
Liasing with management and reception
Stock control for Linen and consumables
Cleaning of communal areas
Essential
First Aid - (Can train if you require)
Current CPR - (Can train if you require)
National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
Working with Children's Check or equivalent
Well-developed communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with different people in a professional manner
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks
Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
