About Us:
The Goodies Op Shop is an outreach initiative of Clayton Wesley Uniting Church, dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming community for volunteers and customers. Our mission reflects the love of Jesus Christ, as we strive to provide support and care to all individuals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and community-minded individual to join us as the Goodies Op Shop Coordinator. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to nurture and develop our Op Shop community and business, while effectively managing a team of volunteers on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, lead, and develop the Goodies Op Shop to ensure it operates as a profitable business.
Foster a positive and safe workplace environment for staff and volunteers.
Oversee the daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and volunteer coordination.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
A passion for community service and outreach.
Experience in retail management or a similar environment is desirable.
