About the Company The Three Pound Group (TPG) is a WA based hospitality group dedicated to elevating their customers’ experiences through our professional, ‘no-fuss’ customer service. TPG currently operates five venues, each with their own individual personality; including The Camfield, Stables Bar, The Reveley, Good Company Bar and The Elford. With summer fast approaching and plans to extend the portfolio venues, TPG is looking for Food & Beverage Managers to join the already established venue teams. The position will initially be based at our Stables location at 888 Hay Street, Perth, 6000. Other locations will be open to the right person also. This is a full-time position with salary between $70,000 to $75,000 dependent on experience. The Role This is a leadership role within the business. As a Food & Beverage Manager with TPG, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our venues. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while leading by example to foster a positive and professional workplace culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service TPG is known for, ensuring both guest satisfaction and team cohesion. Responsibilities · Oversee the setup, planning and management of functions and bookings · Lead and direct employees during shifts, upholding high service standards · Provide on-the-job training and support to all staff as required. · Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and procedures. · Establish and monitor customers satisfaction levels with service and manage any issues raised in a timely manner. · Monitor and enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance · Overseeing any menu updates with other senior management and executive chefs. · Handle accurate financial reconciliation and reporting. Planning Pricing and Stock levels with other senior management. · Assist front-of-house with bar, floor, and function service during daily operations · Oversee a clean, organized, and presentable venue · Deliver superior customer service to ensure guest satisfaction Skills and Experience · Previous experience in hospitality management or related field. Ideally worked for 2 years plus in a managerial capacity in a fast-paced restaurant/café environment. · Relevant hospitality or management qualification (to diploma level or above) (preferred) · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills · Effective communication skills · Organisational and multitasking capabilities If you are interested in applying, please send a cover letter and provide details on why you believe you are suitable for the role.
