Eclipse Care and Support is seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to support our clients with disabilities and help them live independently. Job Type: Casual
Pay: $31.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

What you'll be doing
- Providing personalised care and support to clients with a range of disabilities, including physical, intellectual and psychosocial needs
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social/recreational activities
- Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and respect
- Collaborating with allied health professionals and internal teams to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continually improve service delivery
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
- English must be first language and from Australian culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
- A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's license
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
