What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You hold a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a proven track record in the early childhood sector.
Experience: Your several years of experience in early childhood education enable you to skilfully observe, document, and implement inclusive practices that support every child’s growth.
Relationship Building: You excel at establishing strong, trusting relationships with families, providing open communication on developmental milestones and daily needs.
Leadership & Mentorship: As a natural leader, you're ready to guide and mentor your colleagues, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Availability: The ability to do a variety of open and close shifts throughout the week

Your Role at Edge:
As an Edge Early Learning Educator, you will be central to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing creative educational programs in collaboration with your team.
Documenting children’s learning and developmental progress.
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
Ensuring compliance with the EYLF and NQS standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
