$96,096 to $100,444.50 + 11.5% Super per annum

What you’ll be doing:
To start, you’ll sit down for a cuppa with your Child & Parent Centre Manager to chat about the CPC, the ethos & purpose, integrated services, health, wellbeing, our wonderful families and school readiness for our little ones. The early learning programs will become yours, to develop, implement and improve. You’ll become a role model for families and children (up to 8 yrs of age) and a CPC Advocate while you collaborate with the local primary school, and interact with local agencies, support services and community stakeholders. You’ll be great in this role if you…

Can demonstrate previous early years’ experience working with children and their families
Understand Early Years Learning Framework (or similar)
Hold a nationally recognised tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent (desirable not essential)
Have worked with families and children from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, including indigenous, low socio-economic, young parents and socially isolated families
Have proficient written & verbal communication skills
Have reasonable computer literacy and technology skills
Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
