An exciting opportunity for a Front office Coordinator/Receptionist looking to join our energetic and diligent team. Our newly renovated private practice is situated adjacent to Kings park in West Perth. We are a full scope practice with Invisalign, prosthodontics, implants and surgery in house with intra-oral scanners and CEREC technology. To learn more about us please visit our website simply-teeth.com.au

Your role includes scheduling appointments, processing and managing payments, telephone enquiries, ability to maintain and implement front office policies and procedures as well as interacting with patients to make them feel safe and comfortable.

· Have good communication skills with a strong work ethic
· Be passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing the best experience for our patients
· Be a team player, with leadership qualities
· Demonstrates excellent time management, organisation abilities and high attention to detail
