Position: Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator
Location: Weston Creek, ACT 2611
Employment Type: Permanent, 4-5 days a week, no weekends
What We're Looking For:

Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not essential
No prior experience in dentistry required - we provide comprehensive training

About The Role:

You will be the face of our organisation, the first point of contact for current and prospective patients
You will assist with answering queries from new and existing patients
You will be coordinating the flow of the workplace by scheduling appointments
You will close sales over phone/email
You will assist in marketing for the practice
You will be in charge of office administrative tasks
You will work with other team members to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly, stepping into clinical roles on an as needed basis
