Dental Assistant
We are a busy 5-chair dental practice located in the centre of Canberra CBD looking after local and wider Canberra community. We offer various services, including general, orthodontic, implant, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry. We are excited to welcome one new members to join our team.
Positions Available:
Full time Dental Assistant- (9 Days/ Fortnight)

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

About the role- Assistant:
- Chair-side assisting
- Monitoring and ordering clinical stocks
- Reprocess contaminated instruments as per infection control policy
- Perform clinical cleaning of the surgery room between patients
- General cleaning/ hygiene maintenance of surgery environment
- Produce simple laboratory work, such as pouring up models and producing whitening trays.
- Assist front desk with administrative tasks when necessary
- At least one year dental receptionist or assistant experience in dental practice is highly regarded but not essential
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn attitudes
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work alone as well as being a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Dental 4 Window but optional.
