We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the holiday season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. Please note; as part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant(s) will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory he/she resides in before they receive an Employment offer.
Please also note; Christmas Casual fixed term contracts will end on or before 19th January 2025, but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.

We are looking for team players that:
- Can provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
- Are results oriented and love selling.
- Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are re-freshed.
- Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2024.
- Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.
- Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
- Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.
