Chiropractic Assistant

Chiropractic Life Durack is a growing and busy family practice that is passionate about making a difference to the health of the community.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team on a casual basis with the future potential view to permanent for the right candidate
We operate Monday to Thursday and Saturday with shifts spanning mornings (8:00am-11:00am) and evenings (3:00pm-7:00pm)
with an average of 10 hours per week with possibility for increase within the coming months.
This position will work across both Hahndorf and Mount Barker practices.
Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:

Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
Owning communications in the office, by phone, emails, social media and most importantly face to face.
Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
Educating and loving our practice members.

The ideal candidate would have:

A passion for health
Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
A brilliant phone manner.
Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
Excellent organisation skills
High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.
