As a Fashion Consultant at Mara Collective, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised service to our customers. You will assist clients in finding outfits that reflect their individuality, offer styling advice, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling assistance.
- Assist clients in selecting outfits and refreshing their wardrobes.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere.
- Foster relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion and strong knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
