The Workers Sports Club located on Reservoir Road in Prospect sits on a 55 acre land holding and is one of the largest privately owned sporting facilities in Australasia featuring many sports fields, tennis & netball courts, baseball diamond, amenities and three lawn bowling greens.

About the role…. As part of our Membership team, you will be responsible for:
Understanding the IGT Club – membership system in order to change details such as addresses, names etc. and in order to issue day passes and place comments on patron’s record
Processing new memberships and renewals
Data entry
Answering customer enquiries / questions about venues and providing callers with all relevant information
Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
Issuing Gift Cards and raffle tickets
Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate; and
Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
IGT systems experience (or willing to learn)
Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
Polite phone etiquette; and
Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
