Dixies deliveries are looking for a motivation Customer centric Admin assistant They will be assisting our Business manager with adhoc office/admin tasks, their main focus will be communicating with our drivers and updating our systems to reflect this. They will also be the liaison between our delivery partners and our drivers to ensure a smooth delivery experience for everyone. The candidate will work remotely and will need a smartphone and a laptop to access our applications and systems. This role has the ability to move into full-time and develop into a senior administration role with all training being provided and working alongside our Business manager. The right candidate will enjoy troubleshooting and managing difficult client situations. About the role
Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to driver troubleshooting
Be willing to dedicate your time to diagnosing freight issues in real time by investigating and monitoring routes and drivers movements
Dedicate appropriate amounts of time daily towards office administration as well as inspecting and investigating customer queries and our contracted partners needs
Have a pro-active and strategic mindset to Customer Service by utilising multiple avenues towards problem solving which include liaising with staff, using systems to ascertain appropriate solutions
Be proactive in anticipating the day to day of our drivers routes and business operations to ensure the days are run efficiently and within budgets
Following up on damaged freight and customer feedback
Coordinating trucks and routes alongside our business manager
