SOEL Opportunity
We are currently seeking to expand our casual/relief pool, with locations in Nedlands and North Fremantle our casual educators have flexibility to work across any of our centres. It is a requirement that all casual/relief employee MUST pick up a minimum of two full shifts or three half shifts per week.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of appropriate programs for individual children or groups
Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff
Under direction, work with individual children with particular needs
Undertake and implement the requirements of quality assurance
Work in accordance with food safety regulations and the National Quality Standards.

The Ideal Educator will have:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification OR studying towards an approved qualification in Early Childhood Education.
Current Working with Children Card or be willing to obtain one.
Valid Australian Working Rights.
Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
