Casual position - must be flexible to work weekdays , weekends and public holidays
About you
You will have exceptional people skills and thrive in a professional and customer centric environment. You will also have:

Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt & professional manner.
Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel & other Microsoft related programs.
The ability to deliver customer focused solutions.
Strong time management skills.
Good attention to detail
A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.
Confident in problem solving & negotiating in sometimes ambiguous situations.
Previous experience in Shopping Centre Customer Service or Hotel Concierge is highly desirable.

About the opportunity
You will be responsible to:

Provide the highest outcomes in the customer experience to customers and retailers at the Shopping centre;
Maintain the ability to clearly explain directional information and tailor customer recommendations to current or seasonal offerings.
Maintain customer service administration including but not limited to: -
Cash handling & gift card sales.
Hiring out of customer equipment.
Lost & found property.
Transit information (bus and train);
Data entry & basic administration of Centre promotions and competitions
Manage customer feedback.
Investigating and resolving customer issues

Pay: $32.06 – $44.88 per hour
Supplementary Pay:
