Brand Coordinator

Support execution of the brand strategy for Marsh Mc Lennan Pacific, uplifting brand advocacy among colleagues and building strong brand awareness in market.
Support the ongoing development and implementation of best practice brand foundations, including governance processes, and easy to access resources.
Deliver brand campaigns which strengthen our brand internally and externally.
Report on the performance of brand campaigns against objectives and contribute to brand strategy development.

We will count on you to:
Develop, implement and maintain brand review and governance processes.
Act as a custodian of the brand, supporting internal and external stakeholders with meeting brand guidelines.
Be a continuous central point for brand approval on all marketing communications, ensuring tone of voice remains consistently aligned and quality is of a high standard.
Provide feedback on marketing assets from a brand perspective as required.
Build and maintain positive and influential relationships and networks to leverage and showcase brand initiatives and campaigns.
Support the development of a robust reporting framework of brand metrics and lead brand analysis that supports actionable insights across brands.
Partner with the global brand team on initiatives to support the regional implementation of new brand initiatives.
What you need to have:
You will have a minimum two (2) years’ experience in the marketing field in a corporate or agency environment, with experience in brand management.
Ideally, you have a degree in marketing, communications, or business (with a major in one of these areas).
This hands-on role requires an autonomous strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, capable of communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a track record of engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise service and delivery.
Demonstrates a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and displays the ability to act both independently and as part of a team, with minimal yet appropriate reference back to manager.
Regularly analyses and evaluates the work at planning, execution and reporting stages, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making or solve a problem. Demonstrates not just a willingness to execute tasks well or follow instructions but connect-the-dots and consider the bigger picture.
