Position: All-Rounder/Barista
Employment Type: Casual/Full time
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking supplies.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality field is essential
• Barista experience is preferred but not a must, training can be done
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
