We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our dynamic beachfront cafe team. In this high-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting in various aspects of cafe operations. Responsibilities:
This position is not available to students as we are looking for a more full time roll 30-38 hours a week.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks with latte art quickly and consistently
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with taking orders, managing the POS, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas, including the coffee station, counters, and dining area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service, especially during peak times
- Prior experience as a barista and/or in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Latte art skills are also essential
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for customer service
