What We’re Looking For:

Experienced cocktail makers with a flair for creativity behind the bar
A passion for food, wine, and cocktails with strong product knowledge
A guest-focused mindset, committed to delivering an unforgettable dining experience
An eye for style and personal presentation
NSW RSA certificate required
Experience working in busy, high-end venues preferred
