Job Duties
At least 2 years of experience as a baker or similar role is required to be eligible for this position.
At least Certificate III in Baking or Patisserie required or similar eligible experience
Provide necessary supporting documentation (e.g., proof of identity, education).
Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Fulfill any residency or location-based conditions.

Job Duties
- Ensuring equipment cleanliness and premises readiness before production to meet occupational health and safety standards.
- Inspecting raw material quality and measuring ingredients for accuracy.
- Kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry items.
- Preparing fillings for pastries.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
- Managing the processes of forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing.
- Operating machinery for rolling, molding dough, and cutting biscuits.
- Cleaning, greasing, and emptying baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment.
- Prepares and bakes a variety of bread loaves and rolls.
