Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover.
Create a profit orientated environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance, parts & accessories, service department and new vehicle sales.
Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and maintain manufacturer relationships.
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources.
Staff training and development including performance management reviews.
Work closely with the Dealer Principal including marketing plans and dealership specific promotions.
About you:
You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and/or finance & insurance sales within an automotive dealership.
Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance.
Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excel at customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
