Role Highlights

Role Details
Lead the management and continuous improvement of the library’s audio-visual digitisation studios and services, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Supervise the team to ensure effective workload management, while promoting performance development and knowledge sharing to build a high-performing team. Demonstrate advanced practical skills and expertise in both current and obsolete audio-visual playback equipment, digitisation systems, and digital editing techniques.
Special Conditions
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
