Assistant Manager
The Lees Hotel, famously known as the original "Pub With No Beer," is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team!
You will be an integral part of the team, second in charge to the Hotel Manager. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.
The Successful Candidate:
You will be an integral part of the team, second in charge to the Hotel Manager. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.
The Successful Candidate:
- Hands-on Manager with a proven track record in Duty Management and Assistant Management roles
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming and retail environment.
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers Licence
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
- Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
