We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Asphalt Foreman to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Asphalt Foreman will oversee asphalt paving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of asphalt processes, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the asphalt crew.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage materials and equipment on-site to ensure efficient operation.
Communicate with the Supervisor, office, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labour and materials used.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt paving and construction.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of asphalt pavements, equipment, and paving techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
