Animal Attendant
Royal Rover Dog Boarding Kennels requires a casual Animal Attendant/ Office Assistant for our busy Boarding Kennel.
Successful applicants will need a license and vehicle. (There is no Public Transport.)
A sound knowledge of dogs. (Having trained your own dog to an advanced level would speak volumes.)
Good basic computer skills.
A good phone manner.
Be physically fit.
Must be available for some weekends and public holidays.
Shifts are varied, some shifts you will be in the office, some shifts will be kennels.
Duties Include but, are not limited to.
Cleaning Kennels
Supervising yard exercise
Walking, bathing, feeding, medicating, photographing, playing with dogs.
Taking Bookings, answering phone enquiries, processing payments, liasing with customers.
This is a great job for those that love animals, if you want to go on to be a trainer, groomer, behaviouralist, you won't find a better start.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.76 – $31.23 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
