The IT Workplace Technologies Engineer will work within the IT Services department to provide quality services to internal business units as well as external clients. The ideal candidate will have a customer-driven approach and experience in a similar role. This job will offer opportunities to work in diverse environments and be responsible for the support/provision of infrastructure across multiple domains and design/quote/delivery projects opportunities.

About The Role
- You have a 4 year degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You are an IT professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
- Your IT experience includes working with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Services, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services & Citrix, and Microsoft Teams.
- You bring a basic understanding of network and firewall technologies, VMware ESX/v Sphere or Hyper-V, and the ITIL framework.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Oracle and Linux, and cloud services such as AWS/Azure
- You are a “Team” player with a strong capacity to prioritize and manage IT tasks effectively.
About the Job:
- Provide IT support for internal and external platforms with a focus on availability, operating efficiency, and performance.
- Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile phones and participate in ad hoc IT projects.
- Ensure documentation is up to date.
- Support remote IT issues outside of Hansen Operations with clients.
- Provide IT technical guidance with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server Infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Services, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services & Citrix, and Microsoft Teams.
- Will assist with network and firewall technologies, VMware ESX/v Sphere or Hyper-V, and the ITIL framework which may include Microsoft Intune, Oracle and Linux, and cloud services such as AWS/Azure.
