Job Title: Director of Food and Beverage and Entertainment
Location: Based in Puerto Rico initially, with eventual relocation to Miami

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Director of Food and Beverage and Entertainment. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing the F&B and entertainment operations for two complex resorts, with a total of 15 outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both F&B and entertainment, with expertise in high-level and luxury environments. They must possess exceptional operational skills, a knack for creating innovative concepts, and a deep understanding of nightlife dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the F&B and entertainment departments for two luxury resorts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain high-quality standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to establish budgets, financial targets, and performance metrics for the F&B and entertainment divisions.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of F&B and entertainment staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to create and execute innovative menus and beverage programs that align with the resorts' brand and target market.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute entertainment events, live performances, and nightlife experiences that elevate the resorts' offerings and attract guests.
- Coordinate with external vendors, performers, and entertainment partners to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage the successful opening of new F&B outlets and entertainment venues, including menu development, staffing, and operational setup.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and community partners, to support the resorts' business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, entertainment, and nightlife operations, preferably within luxury hotels or entertainment groups.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale F&B and entertainment operations, including oversight of multiple outlets and complex venues.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles, with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative concepts, events, and programming that drive guest engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish language skills are beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Puerto Rico initially, with eventual relocation to Miami.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
- Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
