About the Role:
Promote the development of the BU, through the strategies of channels, clusters and customers, seeking to accelerate Ferrero's business. Always oriented towards sustainable growth, managing the clients' local P&L (through TS and Promotions) and monitoring performance indicators. Being the interface between the BU's Categories Deployments and the BU's Business team. Another important role is its support in building the BU Forecast, through the S&OP process, to support the vision of volumes and plans. Having MYPS as a beacon of development for the Stores.
Main Responsibilities:
- Broad and deep knowledge of the market, dynamics of channels, clusters and customers, to carry out the proper deployment of the strategies of the category for the BU's.
- Deployment of the Activity Grid (Oracle) of the categories for the leadership of the BU's.
- Support in building the Forecast to meet the plans - S&OP.
- Excellence in Planning, execution, monitoring and diagnosis of plans and MYPS.
- P&L TS management (Incentives and programs + Price Off) + Promtions.
Who we are looking for:
- +10 year of experience.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- MBA or Postgraduate Commercial Degree (preferred).
- Advanced level of English (written and oral).
- SAP.
- S&OP Process.
