The CTA is an administrative support role for clinical trials. The role
responsibilities include but not limited to the following activities (single or
multiple tasks may be assigned depending on the GCTO Country Operations
requirements under the supervision of a CRD):
Distribution and tracking of safety reports
Paper & e-Document Management (prepare, update, record, collate,
distribute, archive, dispose)
Creation and maintenance of various trackers
Data entry into various databases/applications
Meeting/logistics management
Payment management
Document archiving management
Assist with contract and budget management
Competencies
Basic understanding of Pharma business / clinical research
Proficient with use of computer, MS Office
Ethics & Integrity / focus on customers and stakeholders.
Proficient English skills, conversational and written.
Education:
Undergraduate degree or relevant experience at the discretion of the CRD.
Experience:
1-year experience in relevant administration (depending on the tasks required).
Newly graduated individual may be considered depending on the country specific
task assignments.
