Software Engineer - Mobile

We are looking for a passionate mid-level Software Engineer with experience in mobile app development to help build our mobile application.
You will work closely with a distributed team to create seamless user experiences, implement new features, and ensure high-quality app performance across various platforms (i OS and Android).
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with React Native CLI and Expo’s ecosystem.
Proficiency in React Native and mobile app frameworks (Expo is a plus).
Experience in AI-driven development tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT-powered code assistants).
Openness to leveraging AI tools to improve code quality and efficiency.
Strong understanding of mobile app UI/UX.
Strong understanding of mobile app UI/UX best practices and how to create a responsive design.
Proven Track Record (2+ Years Experience)
2-4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.

Tasks & Qualifications:

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new features and improve existing functionalities of the ez Home Search mobile app.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use within the React Native/Expo environment.
Optimize the mobile app for maximum performance across different devices (i OS & Android).
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and fixing bugs in the application.
Work closely with the product team to ensure new features meet user needs and business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Leverage AI tools for code optimization, debugging, and enhancing the development process.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Ability to work in a distributed, remote team environment.
