Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team!
As a Senior QA Engineer you can train others dominate the business logic for one product and learn about other products. A Senior QA Engineer has a deep understanding of our quality, development and deployment processes and is aligned to Sovos Best Practices. Shows a good level of leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Position Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test plans and cases with intent for automation

Conduct exploratory, regression, and performance testing

Identify and document defects using tracking tools

Identify and implement areas of improvement regarding testing concepts

Work closely with Dev Ops and development team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline

Design and execute performance tests to assess system performance and scalability, reliability under various load

Uses clean-code best practices with all automation and write different types of automated tests.

Automates test cases/suites quickly and suggests improvements on automated tools or processes.

What we need from you?

Technical Bachelor's degree

. Fluent in English - verbal & written

4-7 years’ experience

Strong analytical problem-solving skills with focus on user’s experience

Expertise and hands on experience with automated frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Play Wright, etc

Expertise with databases

Knowledge of Docker

Strong understanding of Azure pipeline and CI/CD pipelines

Proven experience in designing and executing performance test using tools like JMeter, K6, etc

Proficiency in scripting language such as Python, Java and Java Script
