Sales Total Rewards Analyst
The administration and maintenance of Sales Achievement Bonus Plans (SAB) is responsibility of the Sales HR Operations team as it requires global coordination and centralized management of SAB related processes. The Sales HR Operations team is accountable for delivering and optimizing the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan Administration process.
The SAB Total Rewards Analyst will be part of the Global HR Service Delivery team. The SAB Total Rewards Analyst will work with other Sales Support Units (Sales and Pricing, TR Co E, HR Sales Delivery Lead, Sales Point of Contact, etc.) to ensure Sales Achievement Bonus Plans are defined and processed as per the plan, and the SAB administration process is as efficient as possible through standardization and technology enablement.
Main Responsibilities:
Activities associated to the Sales Achievement Bonus plan:
The SAB Total Rewards Analyst will be part of the Global HR Service Delivery team. Main Responsibilities:
Activities associated to the Sales Achievement Bonus plan:

Support quarterly bonus approval and target setting processes

Monitor sales achievements and execution of sales contribution allocation process

Manage HR Controls and provide reports upon demand
-
Contribute during compensation annual process.

Compile information and send to Finance team: accruals, wage types, etc.

Other sales programs activities
Basic Qualifications:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

Advanced oral and written English is a must
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, Finance, compensation and/or benefits
-
Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (basic knowledge of Macros desirable)

Unwavering attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
-
Analytical and project management skills
