The Pharmacies Merchandiser (West Area) interacts with indirect pharmacies, reaching the distribution, exhibition and stock objectives set by the company. Focus on continuous improvement of market share in all categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish ideal assortment, stocks, and exhibitions to better alignment with IPPP company strategy.
- Propose and negotiate commercial annual agreements, trade activities and activations. Supervise their compliance both in exhibitions and sales targets.
- Achieve sales goals by maximizing customer interest, displaying products appropriately, maintain store shelves and inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Focus investment on customers with growth potential and ability to execute.
- Recommend and manage budget for trade activity in the channel.
- Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
- Complete and submit periodic POS picture reports.
